    1. Now thats what I call a “Luxury” Stretching Routine. That was so nice. I didnt even want to come out of some of the stretches. It felt so good.
      I only have one complaint. I spent a good 20 minutes looking for my roller and then I decided let me still do the workout and just stop when it came to roller time. Well then at the end I realised there was no roller time. LOL. Very soothing workout coach. Thank you so much!!
