I had a blast doing this crazy routine with the TRX and the Heavy bag. I call this one, “The Reapers Ultimate Breakdown.”
You will need a suspension trainer and a heavy bag to get the full benefit from this routine. You can get away if you do not have a heavy bag because you can do air kicks. It won’t be the same as kicking the bag, but it will do. However, you need your TRX / suspension trainer.
You will perform each exercise for a total 30-seconds back to back for a complete round of 5 sets. We will target legs, glutes, abs, arms, back, shoulder, chest, triceps, and biceps. Let’s get ready to work those muscles.
