This was the best
that was a really good workout! when I started with you D a year and a half ago I had knee issues( still have them!) and vein surgery so I could only do beginners stuff. Now after working almost everyday ( different online programs and 3-6 miles walking several times a week, I can get through the advanced workouts!! Thank you D!!
Great challenging workout. I really worked up a sweat.
Boy what a work out my knee was some what in my way I did the best I could but I went to the end of the work out
