I like this work out my knees were bothering me but they feel a little better now
Thighs are looking better good work out

Today having trouble with arthritis in my knees did work out but not as strong today

Hey Donovan I am back! I did this workout 2x and i really felt it especially in my core. Also you got me at the end when that clock went to 59 minutes. lol
It’s been a while since I did this work out I had to use lighter bands I got through the work out but for me I could have did better i will next time
I’m actually out of breath!! So great! Thanks for this Donovan…love your sillyness 😀
