      I’ve been working out with you for several weeks. First 2 or three times weekly and now i’m doing something every day. I’m a 70 year old lady with Type 2 diabetes and all the other stuff that goes with it. I want more kettlebell workouts. My kettlebell set is 8lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs, 20 lbs, 25lbs and 35lbs. I work with the 8 and 10 now. I also like free weights and I have fitness bands. I’m seated because I’ve had several spinal surgeries and can’t stand or walk for extended periods without pain. I’m okay seated. I’m in pain management now. I use to exercise regularly but i had a stroke and surgery for spinal stenosis 3 years ago. Bedridden I got up to 200lbs and I’m 5’5”.I really miss taking long walks and housekeeping the way I want. I can do some distance using my walker and do chores in short spurts. I really miss the intensity of a real workout so your work out fits the bill. I can sweat. (My doctors are aware of what I’m doing.)You’re a great coach, brother and I love your Jamaican style!
