    Barbell Strong Man Workout For Raw Strength

    Not A Chair Workout. This routine is part of the Fit Camp section. [hardcore]💪🏾😊 I have not shared a Fit Camp Workout in some time. So here it goes… I titled it Barbell Strong Man Workout, but a woman can do it too. I am using the barbell strictly for the entire session.

    You can use dumbbells if you do not have access to a barbell. Just make sure you have different weights as we increase and decrease the weight load.


    A barbell is a great tool for increasing strength and power, but I do not recommend it if you have injuries in your shoulders, elbows, or wrist.
    I say that because the barbell leaves no room for natural, free movements. It keeps you restricted through the entire movement.
