This was FANTASTIC! I warmed up with the 10min power workout and the seated Tabata HIIT chair workout and ended with the Complete Breakdown with resistance bands.
I’m so glad I joined!
Now I’m thinking about joining the zoom classes. A lil expensive but I know it will be well worth it 💕
