    1. Today is Saturday my right knee is swollen everything you said about your knee is what I am feeling i did the work out I will do it a Couple more times today it’s not as stiff as it was before I started So a couple more times and stretching should work

    2. Number too for today have a little running around to do had to work on my knee before I leave knee feeling good

    3. I went to physical therapy for my knees yesterday and when I came out I was OK but later on it was hard for me to walk so today I do knee exercises with you and they are feeling pretty good I will exercise then off and on today to keep them feeling good
