Good beginner workout
I wish that the workouts identified if you had to stand at all, I have a broken foot, so I signed up to be able to keep moving while unable to put weight on it.
Stick to most of the beginner’s stuff. I will figure out a way to identify that moving forward. YOu can also scrub through the workouts to see if there is any standing.
I made this one my own, double timed and really pushed myself. !!
